When you call, our appointment staff will ask you a few questions regarding your medical needs. This is to help us schedule the appropriate amount of time with the doctor. Give thorough information when making the appointment to avoid having to schedule another appointment at a later time to address additional needs.

Arrive twenty minutes before your scheduled appointment so that the physician will be able to see you by the time of your appointment and in order to complete or update patient information. If you arrive fifteen minutes late for a regularly scheduled appointment or five minutes late for a procedure you may be asked to reschedule at the physician’s discretion.
If you must cancel an appointment, please call us as soon as you become aware that you are unable to keep it. If you need to cancel an appointment please do so at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise a $25 No Show fee will be applied to your account. We would like to help you re-schedule, and your previous slot can then be given to another patient.
We expect full payment at the time services are provided. If you are covered by a medical insurance, it is important that you bring your insurance card to all your visits and be prepared to pay your co-pay. Please review and sign the payment policy. PAYMENT POLICY FORM It is of great benefit for you to bring all the medications you take to your routine visits, including herbal and all other supplements.
With the intention of establishing an important Patient / Doctor relationship, we will try to schedule your routine visits with the same Doctor or Physician Assistant. Requested urgent appointments are scheduled based on provider availability.
Sometimes appointments or emergencies require more time than was originally scheduled, remember to be considerate. When scheduling your appointment it is important to let the receptionist know the reasons for your visit so an appropriate time may be scheduled.

If you have questions regarding your account with Kernersville Primary Care, you may call our office at 336-993-1618, during business hours. Our appointment hours are 7:30am to 5:00pm. We do take Lunch daily between 1 and 2pm. We ask that you inform us as soon as you experience any changes in your insurance coverage, address, telephone numbers, or family member/dependent status.
