William S. Kelly, M.D., FAAFP, CAQ-G Dr. Kelly received his medical degree from the University of Louisville School of Medicine with honors and is a member of the honorary medical society, AOA. He completed his residency in Family Medicine at North Carolina’s Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem. He is Board Certified in Family Medicine, a fellow of the American Academy of Family Practice, and holds a Certificate of Added Qualification in Geriatric Medicine. He and his wife of 40 years have four children.

Nathaniel Kelly MPH, RD, LDN Nathaniel is a registered dietitian who is licensed by the state of North Carolina to practice nutrition and is a participating Medicare provider. He obtained his Master of Public Health degree in nutrition from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and completed his clinical internship and advanced clinical internship at UNC Hospitals. He has also interned at the Physical Activity and Nutrition branch of the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services. He offers medical nutrition therapy for any adults seeking to improve their life through nutrition. He specializes in treating chronic illnesses such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease, kidney disease, gastrointestinal disorders, and obesity. He has recently acquired his certification in adult weight management from the the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
Availability: Saturday phone consults for patients who need a boost to their nutritional knowledge or motivation.
Katie S. Wingate, DNP, AGNP-C Katie is a lifelong resident of Kernersville. She received her B.S. in nursing from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and became a RN in the state of North Carolina. She later completed her M.S. in Nursing from University of North Carolina at Greensboro and is a licensed nurse practitioner with certification in Adult-Gerontological Primary Care from the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a Doctorate of Nursing Practice Degree. She has a passion for the healthcare of adults and older adults, as well as for Kernersville, where she continues to reside.
