Dr. Kelly received his medical degree from the University of Louisville School of Medicine with honors and is a member of the honorary medical society, AOA. He completed his residency in Family Medicine at North Carolina’s Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem. He is Board Certified in Family Medicine, a fellow of the American Academy of Family Practice, and holds a Certificate of Added Qualification in Geriatric Medicine.
