Our Providers

Our medical director Dr. William S. Kelly and Stephanie Taylor, PA have been working together for nearly five years and make an experienced, compassionate, and knowlegible team.

William S. Kelly, M.D., FAAFP, CAQ-G

Dr. Kelly received his medical degree from the University of Louisville School of Medicine with honors and is a member of the honorary medical society, AOA. He completed his residency, in Family Medicine at North Carolina's Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem. Dr. Kelly is Board Certified in Family Medicine, is a fellow of the American Academy of Family Practice, and holds a Certificate of Added Qualification in Geriatric Medicine. Dr. Kelly and his wife of 35 years have four children.

Stephanie Taylor, PA-C, CDE

Ms. Taylor was born and raised in the Oklahoma City, OK area. She received her B.S. and M.S. in nutrition at the University of Oklahoma Health Science Center and then later received her M.M.S at Wake Forest University in Physician Assistant Studies. Ms. Taylor is a certified and licensed Physician Assistant and a Certified Diabetes Educator. Her special interests include diabetes management, nutrition, and preventive medicine. She lives in Clemmons with her husband.
